Aerial video has become ubiquitous in Real Estate marketing. Now it’s making it’s way into rental marketing as well. This example video was shot for a client operating a Rent by Owner summer property located near Canyon Lake, Texas.
Ground photography is critical marketing your rental, but adding a unique view like this, fills in the blanks, and convery visual information you just can’t get from ground photography, such as scale, and a fell for the entire amenity.
Having the right equipment, and shooting at the time of time the day is key. Almost all videos and photos should be shot during, or just prior to the Golden Hour. As you can see here, there are no harsh shadows, but still sufficient overhigh sunlight to make the pool’s colors pop.
